Riverside has been an exciting project for Dutton Construction! We have long enjoyed the high efficiency ratings of stress skin panels used in timber frame homes but the Riverside project will take a giant step forward in efficiency. Best described as a “Green Project,” Riverside utilizes solar and geothermal energy to lighten the demands on the earth’s non-renewable energy sources.

Most new homes we have built have been in the mountains and hills so this one, with its flat, rock free location in a valley not only granted us ease of access around the building but it was pleasure to work in this beautiful spot.
